One goal, from the first plan to either a result or a rejected handoff. Retries inside a run are not billed separately.
What does not bill
- A run cancelled at the step budget
- A handoff you decline
- Any run that produced no tool call
Declining should never be the expensive choice, so it is free.
Caps
Set a monthly ceiling per project. When it is reached the queue pauses rather than silently overspending.
